Material recovery

Residual concrete is divided into reusable solids and a water-bearing stream.

Washout integration

The receiving arrangement connects the truck washout position with the separation equipment.

Water-loop connection

Recovered water can be routed into the plant water-management system.

Operating process

Receive returned concrete and washout water.
Wash and separate the sand and coarse aggregate.
Collect the recovered solid fractions.
Route the water stream to the recovery or settling system.
